On a national level, the company participated, together with Comité sectoriel de main d’oeuvre en aérospatiale (CAMAQ) and École des métiers de l’aérospatiale de Montréal (ÉMAM), in a vast project for the promotion of job opportunities in the sector. (ARM has been based in CA for two years now).
On a local level, the company regularly organizes “Open Doors” events and offers facilities tours. As well, Meloche Group co-founded, in 2007, along with other area entrepreneurs, the Mutuelle d’attraction. Anne-Renée Meloche, Vice-President of Human Resources for the company, is Vice-President of the board of directors. Through this mutual undertaking, the company welcomes various trainees, either for one day (secondary level students) or for several weeks (students from professional centres).
